Passive Aggressive type of personality

Since quite a long time, I have been thinking of writing about passive-aggressive type of personality. People with Passive-Aggressive type of personality lack confidence to express their feelings directly/openly and always take an indirect medium to express themselves. The reasons behind such behaviour can lack of confidence, insecurity [again a result of low confidence] and negative attitude. Sometimes after doing something wrong, they deliberately try to irritate the other person, in an indirect and passive manner, forcing that person to perform an equally wrong task.
They always try to show that they are very innocent and are victimized by others [aggressive people]. They have brilliant convincing skills and often found to misconstruct and mis-represent sentences spoken by others, to their own advantage. They use their facial expressions, intonations and punctuation [while speaking] to convince someone that they are truly very innocent.
They express their dislike through their body language and sarcastic words to convey their feelings targeted only to the person of dislike and others may be totally unaware of their behaviour as their expression of dislike/aggression is in a very passive manner.
They are often found to talk ill about about X to Z [in the absence of Z ofcourse] and vice versa. This is the best example of passive aggressive behaviour.
There are numerous examples of such behaviour. This behaviour is actually a denfense mechanism they employ against their own insecurities. They want things to happen as per their own convenience but they do all arrangements in disguise and indirectly. And at the same time, they want everyone like them and appreciate them.
